We are seeking an accomplished Healthcare Professional to lead our Aged Care Facility as a Operations Director.

About the Role

This is a challenging leadership position that requires strong management skills, financial acumen and effective communication. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage a team of dedicated professionals and foster a culture of excellence and respect within the facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic planning and execution of facility operations, including staffing, budgeting and compliance.

  • Ensuring regulatory compliance and mitigating risk through proactive measures.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess AHPRA registration and clinical background experience in aged care management or similar field.
  • Proven track record of leadership, financial management and communication abilities.
