Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Support Specialist to join our team at Spotlight Group Holdings. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside industry leaders and contribute to the success of one of Australia's largest retailers.

Role Summary:

This is a hybrid role in a vibrant team culture where we embrace pace, encourage new ideas, and leadership. As a Retail Support Specialist, you will provide analytical and administration support to the Buyer, assist in managing end-to-end processes for marketing catalogues and campaigns, and help prepare or develop new products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing analytical and administrative support to the Buyer
  • Assisting in managing end-to-end processes for marketing catalogues and campaigns
  • Preparing or developing new products
  • Product registration and maintenance
  • Raising and managing orders
  • Working with suppliers to manage all samples for home textiles and floor categories
  • Acting as the primary contact for Home Textiles and Floor categories for Master Data and ECommerce queries
  • Sourcing and optimising product content for the website
  • Responsible for data updates, integrity, and standardisation for the Home Textiles and floor team

Requirements:

  • Strong MS Excel skills
  • A passion for working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Team player with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to solve problems
  • Previous experience with SAP would be ideal
