Senior Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Consultant

As a senior consultant, you will connect business needs with technology outcomes. Your role is to shape the solution story from early-stage discovery through to executive presentations.


You will work closely with clients to understand their challenges, design tailored solutions, and clearly articulate the value of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in solving real business problems.



Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic sessions to unpack business goals and pain points.
  • Design customized D365 F&O solutions that align with client requirements and delivery capabilities.
  • Develop compelling solution proposals, RFP responses, and executive-level presentations.
  • Contribute to cost models covering licensing, services, and support.
  • Act as the solution authority across the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver product demonstrations that focus on business value.
  • Collaborate with account teams to develop long-term roadmaps for clients.


Requirements:
  • 8–10+ years in ERP consulting with deep experience in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong background in presales where you've led scoping sessions, built proposals, and presented to executives.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end ERP programs in complex or global environments.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Confident communicator who can engage technical and business stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to model solutions, estimate effort, and explain ROI.
