Job Title: Dynamics 365 Solutions Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to join our team. As a technical consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support and enhancement of client software programs and applications.

You will work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and implement tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 CE and Portals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality technical support for Dynamics 365 CE and Portals
  • Design and develop custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet client requirements
  • Migrate data and integrate systems using APIs, RESTful services, and other methods

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform - specifically Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and customer Portals
  • Strong experience with customization, configuration, development in D365 (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Expertise in creating custom workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
  • Knowledge of data integration and system integration using API's, RESTful services, and other methods
  • Ability to work in agile sprint environments
