Strategic Property Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the management of our client's Jakarta diplomatic compound. As a Strategic Property Manager, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of the facility, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex properties and teams, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. You will be based on-site at the Australian Embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia, and will also manage remote satellite locations in Bali, Dili, Makassar, and Surabaya.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the primary contact and manage senior-level client relationships
  • Lead strategic asset management for mixed-use diplomatic facilities
  • Oversee financial planning for major capital works
  • Direct maintenance programs to optimize asset lifecycles
  • Ensure the smooth operation of facilities across soft services, facilities maintenance, management of capital works, and administration

Key Responsibilities:

  • An Australian Citizen to comply with our Client's requirement to obtain relevant security clearance
  • Ability to relocate to Jakarta, Indonesia
  • Tertiary qualification in Property/Real Estate (preferred or in progress) will be an added advantage
  • Sound property management experience in a complex or large-scale facilities environment
  • Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
  • Excellent client service, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Strong teamwork abilities
