Job Summary:

The Rules Engine Consultant plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of payroll solutions. As an expert in rules engine configuration, this individual will provide valuable guidance to consultants on complex rule design and troubleshooting.

This role requires a deep understanding of platform capabilities, compliance requirements, and best practices in implementation.

Becoming a subject matter expert in the rules engine is crucial, along with hands-on assistance to consultants, owning template ownership and governance, consulting enablement, product and compliance alignment, project rule build delivery, and technical and system skills.

To succeed in this position, one must possess experience in rules engine configuration, payroll implementation or configuration, template and documentation management, project delivery, stakeholder collaboration, and domain knowledge including payroll and time interpretation (AU/NZ).
