
Award-Winning Payroll Rules Engineer

Job Title:
Award-winning Rules Engineers needed to join our dynamic team in Parramatta, Australia.
About the Role:
We seek a highly skilled Rule Engine Consultant to contribute to our organization's success. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice and support on rule engine configuration, troubleshooting, and interpretation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Become an authority in rules engine configuration, including setup, testing, and debugging.
- Assist and guide consultants on complex rule design and debugging.
- Owning and managing standard ruleset and contract template libraries in Confluence knowledge base and Ready Workforce application.
- Ensuring all templates reflect current platform capabilities, compliance requirements, and implementation best practices.
- Implementing a version control and update framework for ruleset templates.
- Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Compliance, and Implementation teams to align templates with platform and legislative changes.
Requirements:
- Rules engine configuration and troubleshooting experience.
- Payroll system knowledge, particularly in AU/NZ contexts.
- Template management and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with the Ready Workforce platform.
- AU/NZ payroll compliance knowledge.
- Consultant enablement or training experience.
