  • Strategy Development: Utilize data from Asset Life Cycle Assessments and school maintenance plans to create long-term maintenance investment strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Training and Support: Develop comprehensive training materials and guides for school maintenance plans, providing ongoing support during implementation to ensure seamless execution.
  • Program Oversight: Monitor and evaluate maintenance programs to ensure continuous improvement and quality, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct thorough data analysis to identify risks and opportunities, developing strategies to address them and drive business growth.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key groups, including regional infrastructure teams, schools, and QBuild, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
