About This Role:

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our workshop.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing teams, ensuring efficiency and quality in repair services, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and direct them to reception
  • Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss tasks and strategies
  • Allocate jobs effectively to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the workshop and bays
  • Liaise with the Parts Manager to verify part accuracy and condition
  • Perform quality checks on repairs before they leave the panel shop
  • Manage private and warranty work for external dealerships
  • Monitor staff performance, punctuality, and attitude, escalating issues to the General Manager as needed
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with the receptionist to resolve client issues and escalate concerns to the General Manager
