Job Description

Award-winning construction company seeks a detail-focused Insurance Repair Manager to join its Insurance Building arm based in Cremorne. Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will manage a book of files, scheduling Assessors and preparing reports.

This highly awarded organisation combines national expertise with local knowledge. As a proactive and efficient worker, you will provide customer service to insured parties, insurance companies, and suppliers.

We are seeking an excellent communicator with strong PC skills, ideally with previous experience in Insurance, Construction, Property, Repairs, Warranties or similar. The role offers stability and opportunities for career growth.

The Successful Candidate Will:

  • Effectively manage a portfolio of repair files
  • Schedule and coordinate Assessor visits
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients and insurers
  • Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Utilize strong PC skills to maintain accurate records and documentation

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Insurance, Construction, Property, Repairs, Warranties or similar
  • Strong PC skills and proficiency in relevant software
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
