Our client is a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong national presence, boasting 11 offices around Australia. Specializing in Commercial Construction and Transport Infrastructure, their Perth office is the newest addition to the network, with ambitious plans to expand.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Lead Structural Engineer/Associate Director to play a pivotal role in driving the growth and management of the Structural Division in Perth. You will be stepping into a client-facing position with a strong emphasis on building the Structural team, working closely with the Regional Director.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage the Structural Division in Perth, ensuring the team's growth and success.
  2. Act as the primary client contact, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
  3. Oversee project delivery in collaboration with the technical team, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  4. Support the Regional Director by managing day-to-day operations and contributing to the strategic planning of the Perth branch.
  5. Drive business development efforts within the Commercial Construction, Transport Infrastructure as well as Mining & Resources sectors.
About You
  1. Extensive experience in structural engineering, with a strong emphasis on managerial roles.
  2. Proven leadership skills and a track record of successfully managing and growing engineering teams.
  3. Strong client-facing abilities with a focus on business development and client relationship management.
  4. Ability to oversee both high-level strategy and day-to-day operations.
  5. A forward-thinking mindset with a passion for driving growth and expansion.
