The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional with a passion for driving strategic initiatives in the finance or superannuation industry to join our Enterprise Project Delivery team as a Business Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of projects that align with our organizational methodologies and frameworks.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Define project deliverables, benefits, and timelines, ensuring successful execution of strategic projects.
  • Collaborate with executives, general managers, and various stakeholders to drive project success.
  • Lead and mentor a team to uplift project delivery capabilities.
  • Establish communities of practice for continuous improvement in project disciplines.
Your Requirements
  • Proficient in project management methods, tools, and templates.
  • Superannuation, fund management, or custodian experience - processes, systems, data.
  • Knowledge of Portfolio/Order Management and Risk platforms such as Simcorp Dimension & Blackrock Aladdin.
  • Detailed knowledge of investment operations and working with Investment Managers.
  • Data and data management processes.
  • Understanding of market data vendors such as Bloomberg and Thomson Reuters.
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring and developing teams for performance improvement.
  • Expertise in defining business requirements, process mapping, and business process improvement.
About You

You have a proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in the finance or superannuation industry. You possess exceptional project management skills, including proficiency in project management methods, tools, and templates. Your experience in superannuation, fund management, or custodian environments has equipped you with a deep understanding of processes, systems, and data.

What We Offer
  • An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum.
