Job Title: Experienced Carpenter / Site Supervisor

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated Carpenter / Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on carpentry work while also possessing the leadership skills to supervise and ensure the smooth running of our job sites across South Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Directly oversee and participate in various carpentry tasks.
  • Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications to accurately guide your team.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other trades to ensure timely availability of materials and a seamless workflow on projects.
  • Maintain a high level of site safety and performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Trade qualification in carpentry or building and construction management.

- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.

- Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills.

- Strong ability to develop and implement effective work programs.

- Current Driver's Licence.

- High attention to detail and a robust work ethic.
