Qualified Leading Hand Carpenter | full time position

The business is expanding and we are seeking another Qualified Leading Hand Carpenter who is an experienced, motivated carpenter to join our team in residential construction, our portfolio includes high-end architectural builds from award-winning builders to heritage repairs and extensions.

The work is diverse and always offers something different from 1st and 2nd fix, decks, pergolas, renovations, extensions etc. Most projects are in the inner east, south and west of Adelaide's CBD with the occasional coastal town, Adelaide Hills, and riverside location.

REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES:

· Qualified Carpenter experienced in residential construction

· Strong work ethic, self-driven with initiative and a show-up & show out attitude

· Overseeing 2 to 3 other carpenters

· Delegating work and driving project productivity

· Read and interpret construction plans

· Leading by example with quality workmanship

· Making sure H&S is upheld on site

· Ensuring quality finishes and time efficiency

· Takes pride in craftsmanship with an eye for detail

· Great with time efficiency and organisational skills

· Must have all basic hand tools and cordless kit

· White Card and knowledge of site / OHSE requirements

Successful candidates will receive:

Above award wages super (pay rates determined by experience and ability)
