We are seeking a seasoned D365 BC Functional Consultant to strengthen our team in Australia.

Opportunities Available:

  • Contract Role-Senior Functional Consultant
  • Permanent Role - Senior Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

  1. Gather and analyse business needs, translate into solution requirements.
  2. Design, configure, and customize BC modules (Finance, Inventory, WMS, Manufacturing, etc.).
  3. Lead end-to-end implementation: scoping, documentation, configuration, testing, go-live support.
  4. Oversee data migration and integration tasks.
  5. Deliver user training, workshops, and promote system adoption.
  6. Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting.
  7. Produce functional specs, solution documentation, and training materials.
  8. Act as a solution advisor, identifying process optimization and best-fit strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end BC implementation experience (not just support or product exposure).
  • Expertise in Financial Reporting, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, or Warehouse Management.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and relieve project pressure for the existing team.
  • Australian Citizen preferred; Permanent Residents considered only if outstanding.
  • Immediate availability a plus.
