Senior Solutions Architect Position

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing scalable and effective solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of solution designs that meet business needs and technical requirements.
  • Translate complex business and technical requirements into clear architectural direction.
  • Ensure alignment with architectural standards, governance, and compliance.
  • Identify risks and issues and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Coach and support internal staff to build long-term capability.
  • Engage with a broad range of stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and delivery focus.

About You:

  • Strong experience as a Solution Architect (ideally at the AO8 level or equivalent).
  • Proven background in designing solutions within enterprise environments, particularly CRM or integrated systems.
  • Skilled in working collaboratively across business and technical teams.
  • Confident mentoring and guiding less experienced team members.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree and/or certifications in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
