We are seeking a Strategic Transformation Lead to deliver the change strategy for strategic initiatives, including a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) rollout. In this pivotal role, you will drive adoption, minimize disruption, and align people and processes to deliver lasting organisational impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Apply various change management methodologies across complex projects, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
- Design and implement effective training programs in collaboration with implementation partners, ensuring end-user readiness and confidence.
- Monitor and evaluate enterprise-wide initiatives, measuring success against organisational goals and performance benchmarks.
- Skilled in applying various change management methodologies.
- Experience with ERP systems and their integration across organisational workflows.
- Ability to design and implement effective training programs.
- Fosters a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ideal candidate holds a degree in HR, Organisational Psychology, or a related field, along with Change Management certifications.
