The Role

You will lead the kitchen operations at Crystalbrook Riley, reporting to the Hotel Manager.   • Communicate and coordinate effectively with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Champion health and safety standards to keep your team and kitchen in top shape.
  • Oversee the entire food journey: procurement, preparation, presentation – maintaining the highest standards.
  • Build a vibrant, engaged team and a reputation for excellence that attracts top culinary talent.
About You
  • You have a sharp financial mind, able to manage cost controls, analysis, and reporting with ease.
  • You have proven experience leading high-volume, high-quality restaurant operations across multiple outlets.
  • You genuinely enjoy nurturing and developing your Kitchen team's skills and knowledge.
  • You have a track record of inspiring, mentoring, and developing teams to their full potential.
  • You possess trade qualifications and technical cooking skills that would impress even the toughest MasterChef judge.
  • You remain calm under pressure, navigating any challenge with ease and poise.
  • A regional location experience is preferred but not required.
