About the RoleThis permanent, full-time position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as an Early Childcare Educator. As part of our Community & Recreation division, you will be working in one of our seven long day care centres or two preschools, supporting the delivery of quality programs that reflect the Early Years Learning Framework.
Main Responsibilities- Develop, plan, and implement a quality program that fosters children's development and meets their individual needs;
- Contribute to the effective delivery of early learning services by supporting colleagues and working collaboratively;
- Create a stimulating environment that promotes children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, educators, and the community.
