Work closely with the wider business to strengthen relationships with healthcare customers and drive value through long-term service contracts.

  • Manage contract renewals and identify opportunities for consolidation and growth
  • Build strong relationships with key customer accounts and deliver tailored business insights
  • Support tenders, customer presentations, and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate with sales, service, and business development teams on customer offerings and upgrade plans
  • Contribute to service marketing plans and ensure successful implementation across stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Tafe or university qualifications in medical, engineering/technology, or business (healthcare background preferred)
  • 3+ years' experience in diagnostic imaging or the biomedical industry
  • Strong commercial acumen with a basic understanding of financial targets
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
