Job Opportunity: Front Office Manager
As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the administration of front office functions and supervise staff members on a daily basis. This entails directing and collaborating with managers and employees to execute procedures ensuring an efficient check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional guest services and front desk standards by managing day-to-day operations, meeting quality expectations, and exceeding customer satisfaction.
- Develop specific objectives and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work efficiently.
- Address complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances or negotiate with others effectively.
- Supervise staffing levels to ensure optimal guest service, operational needs, and financial goals are met.
Supporting Management of Front Desk Team
- Utilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; promote sound decision making and demonstrate honesty/integrity.
- Foster and maintain mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
- Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors.
- Supervise and manage employees; establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensure they do the same within the team.
Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
- Provide services that consistently exceed customer satisfaction and retention goals.
- Improve service by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed.
- Respond to and handle guest problems and complaints promptly and professionally.
