Job Title: Front Office Specialist

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Office Specialist. This role involves providing exceptional guest service, handling front office operations, and ensuring seamless day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Interactions: Manage arrivals and departures, respond to guest inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Front Office Operations: Coordinate with housekeeping, reservations, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hotel operations.
  • Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Availability: Availability for shift work, including PM shifts (3PM-11PM) and Night Audit shifts (11PM-7AM).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organizational: Impeccable grooming and presentation, with strong organization and time management skills.
