Main Responsibilities
- Daily management of the Front Office team
- Coordination of all departmental operations
- Exceeding guest expectations in accordance with hotel standards and procedures
- Mentoring and developing the team to achieve exceptional results
About You
- Prior experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel setting
- Managerial experience is essential
- Superb Customer Service Skills
- A proven ability to work under pressure
- Full-time availability, including weekends and public holidays
