About the Role

The Learning and LMS Implementation Consultant will oversee the deployment and management of the chosen Learning Management System, develop learning curriculum, and collaborate with key stakeholders. This role is at the forefront of implementing a strategic learning roadmap, enhancing learning experiences, and ensuring the team is equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in the fast-evolving landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of the LMS, ensuring successful deployment and customisation to meet organisational needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to tailor the system effectively.
  • Develop a comprehensive learning roadmap that aligns with the business transformation agenda and supports cultural growth initiatives.
  • Design and curate a learning curriculum that addresses key organisational goals and learner needs.
  • Configure the LMS to handle course enrolment, tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide training and support to administrators and end-users.
About You

A Learning specialist with proven project management skills, you will have ideally managed the end-to-end implementation of a HRIS or LMS, in addition to your broader learning and content design skillset.

  • Direct experience in instructional design, LMS management, and curriculum development.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and authoring tools.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Project management expertise with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
