- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Textiles, or Production.
- Previous experience in retail or fast-paced environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders.
- Strong organization, planning, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
