Key Role: Product Coordinator
The Product Coordinator is a vital member of our team, responsible for delivering top-notch customer experiences through efficient product allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support retail and virtual teams to execute strategic plans that drive sales and profitability.
- Load and execute the virtual matrix, ensuring directives are aligned across all channels.
- Collaborate with the distribution team to meet dispatch deadlines and deliver on-demand forecasts.
- Regularly conduct site visits and store visits to validate stock levels, identify opportunities to optimize inventory.
- Create capacity reports for all channels and allocate stock accordingly.
- Manage the effective execution of promotional activities across all channels.
Requirements:
- System champion with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Retail experience and understanding of fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Excel skills, particularly in VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
