Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Operations Supervisor to join our team. As the face of our company, you will be responsible for ensuring an outstanding level of customer service, maintaining our fleet of campervans in top condition, and taking ownership of all issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot.

Your key responsibilities will include handling incoming reservations, organising and performing vehicle check-ins and check-outs, coordinating the team's activities, training and supervising staff, managing inventory, local suppliers and cleaning services, and assisting in reselling campervans.

Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills;
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, national holidays and weekends;
  • Valid driver's license;
  • Fluent in English (conversational level);
  • Aptitude for direct contact with customers;
  • Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail or Rent-a-car is desirable.
