Campervan Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our campervan fleet and depot. This involves managing incoming reservations, coordinating team activities, and ensuring that all vehicles are in top condition.
This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be training, supervising, and coaching a team to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, including handling incoming reservations, coordinating team activities, and maintaining the fleet of campervans;
- Train, supervise, and coach team members to ensure they meet high standards of customer service;
- Take ownership of issues that need to be managed to guarantee smooth operation of the depot, including controlling workforce planning, managing inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
- Handle complaints, emergencies, and any local issue that may arise to ensure seamless operations;
- Assist in reselling campervans, preparing them for prospective buyers;
- A travel enthusiast with excellent interpersonal skills;
- Experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car is preferred;
- At least 1 year of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
- Fluent English language skills (mandatory);
- Eligibility to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and comfort driving a campervan (mandatory);
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays;
- A reliable individual who takes their work seriously and can be counted upon.
