Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the efficient operation of our depot, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of quality in our fleet.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing incoming reservations, organizing vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and coordinating team activities;
  • Providing guidance, supervision, and coaching to team members;
  • Maintaining the fleet, logistics, and ensuring campervans are in top condition;
  • Planning workforce requirements, managing inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services;
  • Addressing complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations;
  • Assisting with campervan resales, preparation, and showcasing to potential buyers.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Travel enthusiast with direct customer contact experience, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality, Retail, or Rent-a-car;
  • 1+ years of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
  • Fluent English language skills (mandatory);
  • Eligibility to work in Australia, valid driver's license, and confidence to drive a campervan (mandatory);
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays;
  • Responsible individual who takes their work seriously and can be relied upon.
