Campervan Fleet Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Branch Operations Supervisor. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our branch.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing incoming reservations, coordinating vehicle check-ins and check-outs, and overseeing team activities. You will also train, supervise, and coach your team members, maintaining the fleet and logistics to ensure our campervans are well-maintained.
You will control workforce planning, manage inventory, local suppliers, and cleaning services. Additionally, you will handle complaints, emergencies, and local issues to ensure smooth operations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop essential skills through continuous training and coaching. Our compensation package includes Performance and Referral Bonuses, as well as free Road Trips to experience our brand firsthand.
Requirements- Travel enthusiast with direct customer contact experience;
- At least 1 year of experience in a team management/lead/supervisory role;
- Fluent in English;
- Eligible to work in Australia, hold a valid driver's license, and feel confident driving a campervan;
