As a skilled Field Service Technician with Marble, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of heavy materials handling equipment at various sites in Sydney.

This role offers long-term job security with a global OEM, attractive hourly rates, and plenty of opportunities for overtime. You will be based from the main branch depot in western Sydney but will spend most of your time on the road developing relationships with clients across different sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduled servicing and auditing of statutory checks on mobile equipment fleet
  • Component change outs, preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance, equipment/ technology upgrades
  • Breakdowns, fault finding, diagnostics, problem solving
  • Warranty work
About the Role

In this role, you will become experienced on the companies' mobile equipment fleet which includes heavy forklifts, reach stackers, cranes, integrated tool carriers, and other materials handling machines.

You will enjoy working on modern technology, attending breakdowns and problem-solving jobs autonomously, and developing strong customer service skills.

Requirements
  • A trade qualification in diesel mechanics
  • Previous experience in a field service/breakdown role
  • Heavy vehicle, road transport, or earthmoving experience
  • Materials handling experience is highly regarded, however not essential
