Key Responsibilities- Develop and architect innovative Appian solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Coach and mentor junior team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, POCs, and workshops to showcase Appian capabilities and provide value to our clients.
- Manage project-related documentation, training, and tooling to ensure they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Build and maintain relationships with Appian Customer Success Managers and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Participate in recruiting events and conduct candidate interviews to identify top talent for our team.
- Similar experience in a prior role is essential.
- Strong technical background and demonstrated experience with the Appian platform are required.
- Solid client-facing experience in analysis, design, development, and application deployment of Appian-based applications.
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture, or EAI and/or applied knowledge of enterprise architecture, including data management.
- Hands-on experience in Java Development and MariaDB.
- Use of proprietary language SAIL and MySQL Db.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a can-do attitude.
