Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies, leveraging insights from complex information and data.
  • Critically analyze and interpret large datasets, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities to drive actionable outcomes.
  • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI, ensuring clear and concise communication of key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, documenting data governance artifacts and providing training on data literacy best practices.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT and business users, to ensure seamless integration of data solutions and continuous improvement activities.

About You:

  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as IT, Computer Science, or Business, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Strong experience in developing data visualizations and paginated reporting solutions within Power BI, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
  • Proven expertise in designing and developing code that leverages structured or unstructured data from multiple sources, using programming query languages like SQL.
  • R and Python experience is highly advantageous, with the ability to apply these skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
