We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to lead our Transactional Services team at RAC WA.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with experience in managing accounts and administration areas within a medium to large organisation. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for driving business compliance, implementing continuous improvement processes, and analysing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure adherence to audit, tax, and corporate responsibilities across all transactional services.
  • Drive business compliance by promoting best practices and utilising RAC's existing preferred suppliers.
  • Develop and regularly update the Purchase to Pay Policy to meet current business needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and manage continuous improvement processes to address delivery failures and drive efficiencies.
  • Analyse purchasing, payables, and receivables data to provide insightful reports and recommendations.
  • Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, including daily audits and monthly close-offs.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supervising accounts and administration areas within a medium to large organisation.
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects and delivering results.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills, including negotiation principles.
  • Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite and Microsoft Dynamics F&O (ideal).
  • Accounting or financial experience (desirable).
