Job Description:

The successful candidate will lead the commercial operations of Baptcare's four business segments, managing and controlling all operational and related financial systems and administrative services. This role requires an understanding of regulatory funding and reporting regimes within the aged care sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead commercial operations of the four business segments
  • Manage and control operational and financial systems
  • Provide financial information to Operational GMs and CFO
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified - Commerce, Economics, Business
  • Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA (desirable)
