**Job Overview**This role is responsible for overseeing the facilitation of programs and services that support children, young people and their families.
As a Facilitator Director, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality facilitation services. You will be responsible for leading by example, promoting a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders, and collaborating with colleagues to achieve project goals.Your key responsibilities will include:* Managing the recruitment, training, and quality of facilitators to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver excellent results.* Working collaboratively with the Department of Education to ensure reform achieves its aims and objectives.* Identifying emerging opportunities and enhancements relevant to the delivery of a high-quality facilitator service.* Leading by example, promoting a positive working relationship with internal and external stakeholders.* Balancing priorities and pressures on various teams.**Requirements**To succeed in this role, you will require:* A deep understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability, framed by a strengths-based approach.* Experience working in/with schools (10+ years).* Natural leadership skills and building positive team cultures.* Strong project management abilities and developing high-quality written materials.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills engaging diverse stakeholders.* Taking initiative and working under pressure with excellent attention to detail.* In-depth knowledge of Disability Inclusion reform in Victoria since 2021 and supporting systems.**What We Offer**We are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being and growth.If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please upload your CV and cover letter outlining how your skills align with the requirements.
