Job Overview

A leading health and human services consultancy is seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the recruitment, training, and quality of facilitators.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of facilitator team recruitment, training, and quality assurance
  • Collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of high-quality facilitator services
  • Proactive identification of emerging opportunities for improvement and enhancement

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Postgraduate degree in an allied health profession (psychology, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology)
  • 10+ years of experience working in/with schools
  • Natural leadership skills, with ability to build positive team cultures and support individual growth
  • Strong project management abilities and excellent communication skills
  • Deep understanding of child development, neurodiversity, and disability, framed by a strengths-based approach
