Part-Time Bookkeeper Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team on a casual basis. This is an opportunity for a skilled and organised individual to work independently, processing financial transactions, reconciliations, and reports.
This position involves working with XERO accounting software, managing accounts payable and receivable, credit card coordination, and preparing weekly payroll.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing invoices, payments, and creditor reconciliations
- General banking and credit card coordination
- Weekly payroll preparation
- Preparing financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information
The ideal candidate will have proven bookkeeping experience, a solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles, proficiency in XERO, and excellent organisational skills.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $32.73 - $45.82 per hour, with a guarantee of no less than 15 hours per week. The role is a day shift, with supplemental pay types including penalty rates.
