Are you a detail-oriented and experienced bookkeeper looking for a flexible, part-time role? We're seeking a skilled professional to manage our accounts and financial records.

This role requires a commitment of 8-10 hours per week, ideally split over two days. You will work from home for one day and spend the other day in our Spring Hill office on Thursdays. We have a dedicated car park for you to use on your office day.

Key Details And Responsibilities

  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage invoicing, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure timely collections.
  • Accounts Payable (AP): Process invoices, reconcile statements, and prepare payments to vendors.
  • Cash Flow Reporting: Update and maintain cash flow reports to provide a clear picture of the company's finances.
  • General Ledger Management: Perform bank reconciliations, process journal entries, and assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director.
  • Work closely with the Project Management team to track project finances and assist with reporting

About You

  • You have a strong understanding of bookkeeping principles and accounting software.
  • You're highly organized and able to manage your time effectively.
  • You possess excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with Xero and preferably Workflow Max
