Part-Time Bookkeeper – 2 Hours Daily (10am–12pm) – Brisbane

Location: Brisbane (Hybrid)

Hours: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday to Friday (2 hours daily – more as we grow)

Rate: $30/hour – hourly engagement (own ABN required)

We are a growing bookkeeping business seeking an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety, is highly organised, and has strong communication skills.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing client onboarding from start to finish
  • Communicating with clients in a friendly, professional manner
  • Liaising with our overseas team to ensure smooth workflow
  • General bookkeeping tasks and financial data entry
  • Using and managing multiple accounting platforms

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of Australian bookkeeping experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, Reckon, QuickBooks (experience with all is preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Comfortable liaising with both local clients and overseas team members
  • Must be available Monday to Thursday, 10am–12pm
