About the Role

We are seeking an experienced project engineer to join our team for a high-profile construction project.

  • The successful candidate will be a key player in steering project delivery, ensuring everything runs on time and meets quality standards.
  • They will work closely with our project manager, championing strategies and driving innovative projects forward.
Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development and execution of inspection test plans (ITPs), maintaining high-quality standards and finding creative solutions to challenges.
  2. Review subcontractor work onsite, ensure compliance, and verify quality documents.
  3. Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination issues efficiently.
  4. Manage technical information flow between design teams and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed.
  5. Supervise the design team to ensure their work aligns with timelines and documents.
  6. Review consultant and subcontractor outputs to ensure they meet the brief.
  7. Verify tender packages to ensure scope, materials, and design logic match.
  8. Assist the project manager with contract management and overall schedule monitoring.
About You:
  • You have a solid background in project engineering, managing multiple moving parts, and ensuring everything stays on track.
  • You are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You possess strong communication skills, collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders.
  • You share a passion for delivering quality work on time and meeting deadlines, paired with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
Essentials:
  • Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is essential.
  • 3-5 years of post-grad experience in a top-tier engineering role is preferred.
  • You have tackled complex commercial, high-rise residential, or mixed-use projects and are ready to level up.
  • You have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management, and stellar organization skills.
