We are seeking an experienced project engineer to join our team for a high-profile construction project.
- The successful candidate will be a key player in steering project delivery, ensuring everything runs on time and meets quality standards.
- They will work closely with our project manager, championing strategies and driving innovative projects forward.
- Lead the development and execution of inspection test plans (ITPs), maintaining high-quality standards and finding creative solutions to challenges.
- Review subcontractor work onsite, ensure compliance, and verify quality documents.
- Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve design and coordination issues efficiently.
- Manage technical information flow between design teams and stakeholders, keeping everyone informed.
- Supervise the design team to ensure their work aligns with timelines and documents.
- Review consultant and subcontractor outputs to ensure they meet the brief.
- Verify tender packages to ensure scope, materials, and design logic match.
- Assist the project manager with contract management and overall schedule monitoring.
- You have a solid background in project engineering, managing multiple moving parts, and ensuring everything stays on track.
- You are detail-oriented, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess strong communication skills, collaborating closely with project teams and stakeholders.
- You share a passion for delivering quality work on time and meeting deadlines, paired with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Degree in Engineering or Construction Management is essential.
- 3-5 years of post-grad experience in a top-tier engineering role is preferred.
- You have tackled complex commercial, high-rise residential, or mixed-use projects and are ready to level up.
- You have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management, and stellar organization skills.
