Senior Project Manager

Rarekind is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects.
This is a critical role in the delivery of some of Greater Sydney's largest and most complex civil infrastructure works, from residential and industrial subdivisions to major remediation, earthworks, and roads projects.

You will be responsible for administering construction works, monitoring project milestones, liaising with contractors, clients, and consultants, and ensuring compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards are met consistently.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-level technical expertise and knowledge on construction works contracts.
- Act as the client's representative onsite, ensuring work is completed to design, quality, and time expectations under AS4000 and AS2124 contracts.
- Administer construction works and monitor all project milestones.
- Liaise with contractors, clients, and consultants.
- Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental, and quality standards.
- Analytical and methodical in your work.
- Hold a Civil Engineering Degree or suitable Diploma Level qualification.
- Minimum 4 years professional experience in civil infrastructure, particularly land subdivisions.
- Drivers Licence and White Card essential.
