Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Infrastructure Project Coordinator to join our team at Fetch. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering electrical projects across various sectors, including commercial and residential towers, shopping centers, educational facilities, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure project delivery aligns with client requirements and industry standards
- Oversee projects from estimate through to commissioning, managing key milestones and completion dates
- Predict costs to completion and manage variations effectively
- Develop and implement project management systems, tender event schedules, design management strategies, and financial management plans
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and principal contractors through regular communication and stakeholder engagement
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction, engineering, or business)
- Proven experience in electrical project management, preferably with a focus on commercial and industrial projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to predict costs and manage budgets effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
