The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at Victoria Health Club. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes to our members, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and providing exceptional customer service.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with participants of all ages and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Reformer Pilates classes to our members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members
  • Work effectively with the team to promote a safe and supportive environment
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of Reformer Pilates techniques and best practices
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements

  • Reformer Pilates qualification
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Check upon onboarding
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
