About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at Victoria Health Club in St. Kilda. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group fitness classes to our members, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and contributing to the overall success of our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective group fitness classes to members of all ages and fitness levels
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Reformer Pilates exercises and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve club goals and objectives
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Reformer Pilates qualification required
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check
  • National Police Check upon onboarding
  • Availability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends
