About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our team at Victoria Health Club in St Kilda. As a Reformer Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality group fitness classes to our members, promoting a safe and supportive environment, and contributing to the overall success of our club.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and effective group fitness classes to members of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Reformer Pilates exercises and techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience
  • Work collaboratively with other instructors and club staff to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new programs and services
Requirements
  • Reformer Pilates qualification and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Working with Children's Check and National Police Check
