The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our members, while also providing personal training sessions as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs for clients with varying fitness levels and goals.
- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized training plans to help clients achieve their health and wellness objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, including progress tracking and goal setting.
- Maintain a safe and clean training environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other fitness professionals to ensure a cohesive and effective team approach to client care.
Requirements
- Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training
- Current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia
- Current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Current CPR Certificate
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential.
