Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the design, development, and delivery of high-impact water projects.
  • Shape the direction of engineering practice, setting technical standards and driving best practices.
  • Mentor and guide a team, promoting a culture of continuous learning, growth, and excellence.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering, with a proven track record in water projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
  • A forward-thinking approach, with a passion for sustainable, innovative engineering solutions.
  • A deep understanding of the water utilities sector, along with the ability to influence and shape the technical direction of projects.
