And that's where you come in.
What You'll Be Doing We're looking for a Lead Facilitator & Presenter to deliver powerful, engaging training across multiple formats.
You'll be the front person for weekly live webinars, Bootcamp sessions, onboarding calls, and training videos.
You'll also work closely with the content team to help shape and refine how our material is delivered.
This isn't just a "show up and talk" role.
You'll take ownership of your sessions from preparation to delivery, and continuously look for ways to raise the bar.
You will: Write and present education webinars that are clear, practical, and energetic Present at live events, leading keynotes, workshops, and interviews Script and record short-form training videos for our online platform Run onboarding calls and coaching session rooms with new and current clients Collaborate with the Program Designer to fine-tune scripts, slides, and content examples Handover content to other presenters when required Join dress rehearsals and post-delivery reviews to sharpen performance Be a consistent and credible face of the coaching team Who You Are You're a confident communicator with a strong presence and a gift for making complex topics feel simple and doable.
You thrive on camera, in webinars, or on stage.
You're naturally engaging, well prepared, and obsessed with improving how you deliver.
You bring: Outstanding presentation skills, both live and on video A strong grasp of business strategy, ideally in service-based or trades businesses Experience delivering training, webinars, or workshops The ability to simplify and communicate big ideas clearly and confidently High personal accountability for preparation, consistency, and results Coaching, consulting, or public speaking experience is a bonus Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Loom, Power Point, and Click Up is a plus Why Join Us?At Profitable Tradie, we don't just talk about growth.
