Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing outstanding customer service from their arrival to departure.
  2. Take customer orders and serve food and beverages with efficiency and precision.
  3. Operate coffee machines and prepare various coffee and tea beverages to high standards.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring the cafe area is tidy and well-stocked.
  5. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders.
  6. Assist with general cafe duties, including opening and closing tasks, restocking supplies, and maintaining inventory levels.
  7. Uphold health and safety standards to provide a clean and safe environment for staff and customers.
  8. Stay up-to-date with menu items, seasonal specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations and engage with customers.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience as a Restaurant All-Rounder, Floor Staff, or Barista is essential.
  2. A bubbly personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.
  4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  5. Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  6. Experience in bartending skills are a bonus mark.
  7. Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, weekends and evenings.
